"So far, so go..my move in was 2 days ago & I’m content w/ my decision to make The Jameson my new home. Relocating from out of state is rough. Many thanks to the leasing office team (Mr. Cedric, Ms. Emma & Ms. Tameka) for making this daunting journey a success. They endured multiple calls w/ my concerns & were pleasant, professional & patient- my favorite 3 P’s for customer service. I must give an honorable mention to Ms. Jahne, who is no longer w/ the property, because she too helped make my experience in choosing my apartment a good one. She met my 3 P’s & represented the company w/ integrity & professionalism. The only issue I have is the cleaning was not done thoroughly. I realize the fault is with the cleaning company & I won’t say much bc everything else was good. If I knew the cleaning company’s name I’d review them. This is all I have to say, Who wants to go behind other people & live in their unclean space. COVID is not gone & people carry germs so thorough cleaning is a must."

"I’ve been here a few months already. I didn’t start with the right foot as it took some time to get my account properly set up, but the team at the Leasing Office managed to make it work. The staff at the office is very committed. The entire staff is friendly, including the team who works behind the scenes to make sure everything is clean and tidy. We had an event for a soccer team and they really helped out to ensure everything went smooth. Thanks a lot!"

"Money hungry. They charged my husband and I $500 when we moved out claiming carpet damage. We left the place so immaculate and took really great care of the apartment for the time that we were there. We loved that apartment so much, and we worked hard to maintain it. There is no way this is right and when I called the girl at the desk, she just kept cutting me off and wouldn’t let me speak. I thought I loved this place, but they let me down in the end. Make sure you take pictures before you move out."

"I don’t live there, but have friends that do and went with when a friend was looking. Super nice and helpful staff. Have lots of activities for renters to get to know each other. Appear to really care about their customers! Love that you can paint, hang stuff on the walls, change lights, shower head, and add ceiling fans."

"Can’t say enough good things about the Jameson and the people that work here. They go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of and alleviate any concerns you may have. It’s set in a perfect location in Loudoun County that’s growing rapidly. Beautiful hiking trails, courtyards, rooftop with fire pits , and other amenities as well as an amazing staff make the Jameson a great spot to live."
