The community is active with a state of the art community center, fitness center, indoor saltwater pool and exercise instruction and many other activities including new pickle ball courts and social get togethers."

We had only very minor items on our list for repairs (e.g., a little paint, change in light fixture). Rather than build spec homes they have models which can be modified to fit your needs. All brick and nothing cheap about materials. In addition to fine workmanship, Paul has strong set of people to help with appliances, flooring, cabinetry, and HVAC systems. Absolutely could not be happier. They are in business for the long haul and not the quick buck. Also, people in the community have been very welcoming and once coronavirus done mechanisms are in place for everyone to get to know each other."
