"We rented a room Saturday, we went straight to the Pool area. When we went to the room it was so filthy, when we requested another room the lady at the front desk refused and said if we didn't report it within the 1st 1/2 hour then we can't report it . We then explained that we was not going to stay in a nasty room and we would be checking out. She refused to give any refund and said she was keeping the deposit because we broke thing in the room. I asked for a itemized list of the things she alleged we broke she again refused and threatened to call the police. Please do not ever book a room in that hotel it is very nasty"
