Shaool Management

"I'd give a 0/5 if I could, I used to live in the Orchard Drive apartments, my last week of being a tenant there, I made a call to the office to let them know that my movers got delayed and I needed an extra day to get some things out of my apartment, and I needed to push the key and apartment turn in back a day. They agreed. They next day I left my apartment in the early morning to get things situated in my new apartment, I came back in the early afternoon to find my door locks had been changed and a lock box on the door a day early. I had to call the cops to let me in the apartment because the office lied and said the phone call never happened and they never agreed to pushing back the turn in, and that someone turned in the keys to the apartment the previous morning, which is impossible as I still have the only 2 sets given to me in my posession. I finally got let in to my apartment to find the final things I needed to get out of the apartment ransacked through to include my suitcases that were full of items, and all my personal documents to include birth certs, passports social security cards etc. Had to come back with a letter from a lawyer stating the PA law for abandoned property to get the rest of my stuff. In the aftermath I had found that one of their employees had stolen my personal property to include an IPad, apple pencil, headphones, various kids toys, and clothes, one of my children's book bags, some of mine and my wife's clothes, and other such items. Its pretty obvious that they lie and steal, in my opinion I wouldn't want these employees working there if it was my business."

"for the chambersburg apartments- they are a joke. no one in the office knows how to do their job. you have to always contact them to find things out which gets no answered phone call. leave a voicemail, they wont call you back either. they want to charge rent even after your lease ends and then try to take you to court for that said rent. management is rude and incompetent. i will never rent from this company ever again."

"Quite possibly the worst apartment complex to live at. Property Management is the worst. Contacting them via email or phone, no one answers. Good luck on anything here. Instead of a lease renewal, we get a notice to leave in 2 months. What is that? No communication. Don’t go to Orchard apartments in Chambersburg. No one cares here. Wish I could give them negative stars lol. If anyone reads this, even the Shaool management, get your stuff together. Horrible experience. New neighbors upstairs are always loud and don’t care. Tried to report them but nothing happens. No one cares at this complex. No common courtesy unfortunately. Ugh."

"Quite possibly the worst managed “business” I’ve ever dealt with. I lived in Fountainview apartments for 8 months. Couldn’t even make it the full year. The “property manager” is rarely in the office and is impossible to deal with. There’s clearly a disconnect with shaool and their property managers because most questions go unanswered and every single number to call associated with this business ends up going to a voicemail that isn’t set up or disconnecting. The place used to be decent for the price but they’ve since jacked up the prices, causing there to be literally no positives to make up for the total headache that is management. Walls are thin and the hallways are gross. If you see a property owned by shaool, run for the hills, but if you enjoy lazy management, broken lights and door hinges in the hallways, thin walls and doors, mildew in the vents, then this is the place for you!!!!"

"This place is horrible in Chambersburg!! You don't hear back from the owner for weeks in regards to issues. They don't have adequate trash facilities, do things in your apartment without your permission, etc. The people who work in the office take vacation without no coverage, so there's no-one to contact when they are gone. Maintenance will literally climb into your bed to install AC units 6" from your head where you sleep without permission if your AC is out, etc. Don't move here!!!! The walls, floors, ceilings are paper thin and there are trains really close by. You never get any peace and quiet. I have so many videos of all of the noise here. There were also ICE agents outside of the apartment buildings a couple of weeks ago... I will post photos continuously until I am able to move of the disgusting trash...."
