"The apartments are very old, God forbid if you are staying on a ground floor apartment, be ready for sewage water overflow in the kitchen at least thrice in a year, if God has made you more unlucky, you will get kids staying upstairs that jump around until late night ensuring you don't have a peaceful sleep. If you are more unlucky you have neighbors smoking marijuana in the building. Above all how can I forget mice, there are more mice here than humans beings. The only reason this apartments exists is because of the school district it belongs to. Avoid at any cost. Note to the owner: If you plan to reply to this message, please avoid and spend more time fixing things than replying here."
"Living in this place since June 2023, till now we are enjoying living here. Nice place, easily accessible to places for everyday needs, good school for kids and most importantly they took maintenance request seriously. I made couple of maintenance request via internet, all requests were taken care in time. Last week, Saturday evening, I made a request for hot water issue, Sunday morning it was taken care. Maintenance manager 'Lucky' himself came and fix it perfectly. Thank you."
"The leasing office staff and supervisor, Lucky, deserve a heartfelt round of applause for their exceptional service and dedication to maintaining our property They have been incredibly responsive and helpful with service requests. they have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure our needs are met promptly. In the four years I've lived here, I've seen remarkable changes since the new management has taken up regarding improvements thanks to Lucky and Sharon"
"Community is at great location, good people around. But apartment floors and ceilings are too old and weak. Too much noise when you walk around. Downstairs always complains about noise, same we feel from upstairs. You can feel the floor has loose planks. Most concerns issue is, maintenance team take week to complete any service request. Not many people for so many apartment houses. They should increase staff."
"When my wife and I first moved into the complex in 2020 the maintenance staff was very friendly and would show up the next day, first thing to attend to resident service requests. Under new management, the maintenance personnel take twice as long to address issues in your unit and blow you off occasionally. The leasing office accused my wife and I of not paying our electric utilities for at least 6 months, claiming the leasing office was paying vacant tenant electric utilities. This occurred twice, I had to pull up at least 6 months worth of my billing statements with BGE to prove that my wife and I were paying for our electric. Our a/c unit also failed to work properly the past two summers. Maintenance was notified and all they did was recharge the unit with refrigerant even though the unit was clearly losing refrigerant over time. They finally installed a new a/c unit only after my wife and I told them we would consult an attorney for their negligence. The rent was very reasonable our first year paying $1245 a month, but they have raised the rent $200 last year and another $189 at the of this year. I understand a slight increase in rent from time to time but charging $1640 a month for a 1 bedroom 810 sq ft apartment that has not had any type of renovation work completed is criminal. I would not recommend this complex to prospective tenants."
