"IF THERE IS ANY REVIEW that you would ever read and take into consideration PLEASE let it be this one. They are literally scammers, gaslighters, liars and have EXTREMELY corrupt people working for them at their office. The lady on the phone flat out lied and tried to gaslight us into something that happened by telling us that it didn’t happen. This place waited until 1 week before move in (no lease agreement, no paper work after being approved, NOTHING) to ask for first and last months rent o specific days. After my approval, my husband spoke to someone higher up in the office and explained how we would be coming out of state to move to this home. How we would be moving completely to an entire state to this home and that he would be able to pay first months rent and deposit on the 25th and 31st. He asked before moving us, if that would be okay. Despite them lying and saying they never told us that , they did. They then called one week before move in (again no lease agreement NO PAPER WORK) and said “we want all 6k by this date. (Not the 31st) We told them we had already agreed on the 25th and 31st and they turned around and said “that doesn’t make sense. We never said that. Why would we?” When THEY ABSOLUTELY DID. The lady on the phone kept being very passive aggressive and kept putting me on hold so speak to her boss so they could coach her on what to say next. They also gave out the address that we were supposed to be moving into before signing any type of agreement and said we could use it to fill out school paper work. Why give us an address that wasn’t ours yet? They are LIARS. They robbed us out of a home for our family. When I spoke to a civil law legal assistant about this place and whether or not I should sue them for this (lying and then gaslighting about it) they told me that unfortunately they lied and we believed them. We believed their word that they would work with us on paying the 25th and 31st and then went back on their word. And because everything was verbal and not written , there was no way of using it against them. These people are smart cons. They are good at conning and manipulating. Like the person said below me, stay far away from this place. They’re not worth it. The people who works there and upper management are all con artists. They will say they will work with you and then leave you without a home one week before moving in. We had been staying at a hotel for three weeks after moving out of state to finally move into their townhome and they pulled the rug from under us. They said they would work with us, and then turned around and went back on their word, flipped the script and blamed us and then LIED and no accountability was taken. The girl on the phone that I spoke to (because that’s what she is a girl not a woman) was completely unprofessional, a liar , and was passive aggressive the entire time. She is just as bad as her bosses. Please Listen to the negative reviews. PLEASE. Do NOT RENT FROM THEM. They’re the worst kinds of people I have come across when dealing with land property people. Extremely unprofessional all around."

"I wish I could leave 0 starts. The communication is abysmal. We are supposed to move in in 10 days, we already enrolled our kids in school and have paid an early break lease fee so we can move in early. For 2 weeks no one has answered an email, phone call or was available in the office to confirm us moving in or sending us a copy of the lease. We dealt with Pedro and he was awful. Our experience with Orchard Park Apartments down the street was so much better, unfortunately they did not have the space we needed! Every single form of communication is ignored! If you have any choice, choose to go elsewhere!!"

"The location is great; however, that's about all I can say that is positive about this rental. The townhomes look nice upon first glance but the construction is poor quality. There are ZERO amenities, the landscaping is not well maintained, there is always trash all over the property, the doggy stations are always sitting on the ground, overflowing with trash, and some don't even have the trash can! Oh, and the office manager is WHACK! Total liar and a waste of time. The management team raised everyone's rent this year by almost 26%! They do not care about maintaining good tenants, they only care about their bottom line. They have done NOTHING to improve the property, only require more money for rent. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!"

"Location is good as everybody agreed, but management is not good. Be careful when moving out. They are very greedy in squeezing money from you (it is also apparent in rent fee, which is escalating every year). They charge you on everything including floor, carpet, kitchen; even if they were from regular use. Also, their invoice is very late in coming. How can we argue effectively with next tenant awaits in a few days? It is better to consider this before you move in. I also heard from neighborhood that they forced to build this apartment even with disagreement from dog rescue next door, because it was apparent the residents would suffer from dog noises, actually they do."
