"My boyfriend and I have been living here for a little over and year and I truly love it here. It feels very safe, it's a very family friendly neighborhood, the staff is very helpful. The maintenance staff gets things done so quickly and are very kind. It's right off our route 40 so there are grocery stores and restaurants right up the street. And my favorite part is that it's pretty quiet while at home. Sometimes I forget people live around me and for that I'm thankful. The location is great, not too far from the highways. It really does feel like home!"

"We’ve been at Orchard Park Apartments for 3 months now and this is a great place to have your first apartment. There’s always kids at the playground, families on walks, the gym is in great condition, and you live right off Route 40 so there’s easy access to groceries, shopping, and food! We’ve only contacted maintenance once but they came the next morning and were very nice about everything. It’s a very inviting community which reflects the leasing specialist who helped us. Khali was informative, efficient and helped us get everything approved! Overall, this is a great place to live and I’m happy with the size, comfort, and price of the apartment."

"Orchard Park is a beautiful and well run apartment community in Ellicott City, Maryland. I was very happy to have found it. The rental process was surprisingly smooth due to the professionalism of the Leasing Team and the time Ms. Carlock (and the other leasing staff) took to walk me step by step through the entire process. My apartment is beautiful and well maintained, roomy with a full size washer and dryer and a view overlooking the woods. The maintenance staff have been helpful too. There are many amenities such as a swimming pool, children’s playground, and a dog park. Also to foster community spirit, management and office staff sponsor community events for all residents. All in all, a lovely place to live."

"This is purely a review of the touring experience. As I am apartment hunting, I've come across negative reviews of leasing agents. That being said, this was definitely NOT the case with Khali! I reached out to her via email on a Friday and she was quick in responding; asking me what I am looking for, my budget, and move-in date. Then when scheduling the tour for that day, she made sure I knew that there wasn't an actual unit available to tour, but I was welcome to come see the community, ask questions, and see the model unit. When I arrived, she greeted me like she knew exactly who I was! She had a folder put together with all of the information I needed, plus the different layouts, units, monthly rent, and availabilities waiting for me. I was impressed. As we were coming back from touring the model unit, she greeted another resident by name and was again impressed. She actually knows the people that live there, and it made me feel like she's not just a leasing agent - that she cares about people. She definitely left a positive impression on me, which give this place an edge when considering where to live."
