"Darius was able to find us our perfect unit and worked to ease the stress of moving! At every stage of the move in process he provided clear guidance and really worked to prioritize our needs and wants."

"I lived in three apartments in Maryland, this one was the most I love. The price was fair, the apartment was clean, and the staffs were so helpful. During the lease process, Darius Moore was the one who helped me. He was very helpful and he let us to see the apartment right after walk in in his office without an appointment. He told us how and what needed to apply. After we applied and approved, he finished everything right away. During our stay, the staff were very helpful and proceeded every maintenance request and get it done right away. When I moved to another state, Darius Moore processed my lease break and he was very helpful till the end. He even sent me my deposit via mail on his own time. The one thing I should mention is that they charge amenity fee of $300 per year which was new to me. Other than that, I loved the neighborhood, the apartment, the staff. Keep up the good work."

"Pros: - Nice location, easy access to Route 100 - Grounds are very well kept - Apartments are spacious Cons: - Somewhat old apartments - Lots of issues with things inside apartment breaking (appliances, doorknobs, sink, etc) - Maintenance appears to “patch” fix things instead of addressing the root of the problem. For example, there are multiple spots on the walls in my apartment that were definitely water damaged at one point. These walls have just been covered over with multiple coats of paint instead of actually addressing the water damage Overall would call this an average apartment. You could definitely do worse than the Elms, but the cons with the maintenance and the interior apartment issues are a dealbreaker for me"
