"Just moved in and spent my first night here! I am so happy to call this place my home! I was having a very hard time finding a place to rent in Frederick with slow responders when I was interested in properties. This was not the case here at Misty Creek Village! A bit of a difference in location but I am getting a lot more for the money I am paying per month here over the places in Frederick. Lance is exceptional at his job and got back to me quickly and answered all of my questions. "Misty Creek is a newly built (still being built) community that will no doubt be one of the best locations to lay your head in the New Oxford area. The units are well built by a contractor that makes sure the job is done right. The management staff care about the tenants and have a good balance of caring for the tenants and making the community profitable. Property management isn't easy because you want happy tenants and a happy owner, but the Patton Saylor team do well at this balance. At the moment, with construction happening, the roads haven't gotten the last layer of macadam and there are areas of grass to be planted, but once complete, this will be the place to be. The community center is great, with exercise equipment, a nice community room and even a dog wash. What's not to love about having all that provided? If you are looking for a place to live, these units are competitively priced and well built. You'll save money on utility bills with it being new construction and new appliances. Plus, no need to do your own landscaping or yard work, yet you get the enjoyment of a beautiful surrounding. Misty Creek is well worth your consideration!!!"
