"The team at East coast have been phenomenal and are great to speak with and are very kind and respectful. Regina and Marsha from Martinsburg have helped me every step of the way and are very quick when responding to texts and emails."
"You can ascertain the professionalism of an organization often by the way they respond to negative reviews. Their behavior here exemplifies the standards with which they handle business. My negative experience stems from a bill they gave me for utilities expenses that accrued during a timeline after I had moved out. Without any communication, they sent this bill to collections. My family and I have been attempting to rectify this situation for over 4 months and nothing has been resolved because they do not answer phone calls or respond to emails. I will gladly remove this review once the situation has come to a close. If this post is still visible, you can assume the dispute is still ongoing (having begun in September of 2023)."
"East Coast Real Estate Management excels in property management, particularly in lease renewals. Regina's prompt and effective handling of my tenant's second-year lease renewal showcased the company's dedication to efficient property management. I highly recommend East Coast for their professionalism and expertise in maintaining smooth and seamless landlord-tenant relationships."
"Beware of this company. My family and I had woke up to an electrical fire on 11/11/2023. The electrical fire disabled the entire electric panel and we have been without an operating stove for 10 days. There’s no emergency maintenance line available and ECREG allows the investors to pick and choose what they want to repair and how. In this event, the investor chose to use his home warranty. The home warranty company sent a Service technician 4 days later, not an electrician and an electrician was assigned 8 days later. The electrician has missed both scheduled appointments. I expressed concerns about what looked like a previous electrical fire in the kitchen upon my move in date. An electrician was sent and confirmed that there was evidence of a previous fire and the home needed a surge protector. I shared this with ECREG and was assured there wasn’t a previous fire and the home was up to code. Fast forward to 11/11/23. Karl has been assisting me with my service request and the 1st day the electrician missed the scheduled appointment he purposefully ignored all of my calls and text messages. I shared my grievances with Brooke and instead of making my concern a priority. She has since taken my grievances personally, attempted to scold me and also refuses to return my calls. As others have shared, she is extremely unprofessional and should not hold a management position if she can not handle adversity and clients who are understandably frustrated. I have requested to have my concerns escalated and to receive the upper management contact information and I have been denied this request and told that my family and I are at the mercy of the investor and home warrant company. This event has put my family in danger and called an excess of expenses. No one seems to be taking this seriously. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB and the State of Maryland requesting an electrical inspection to confirm the electrical units are up to code. Management is good when they show you how they handle challenges. Update: Mr. Tinsley accuses me of making false statements but has failed to share that he has never once contacted me to address my statement/concerns so I’m not sure how he would know if they are false. Once again, this is very unprofessional. The electrician confirmed that the fire was due to a power surge. Surge protectors were added and Karl has made me aware of them replacing the microwave. I would like to acknowledge that although Karl wasn’t forthcoming with what was going on, which created a lot of confusion, he has been very kind. He listened to my grievances, addressed my concerns and didn’t take my frustration personally."
"East Coast Real State is a pretty good company. I rented with them for a year and many of the people I worked with from the office were very friendly! Raymond was super helpful when I moved in and Regina was fantastic with helping me in my moving out. The only thing I wish that would have improved while I lived at this property was better communication with maintainence. Getting surprise visits wasn't my cup of tea for when my neighbors were having issues. I wish I received better notice for those things. That was the only really big issue I dealt with though!"
