"Just after a year and some change of living in this hell hole, we had 3 major water leaks that weren’t properly fixed and instead painted over, this caused hundreds (maybe over a thousand) roaches to infest our home and has brought plenty of toxic mold along with it. It became uninhabitable, and probably still is because I highly doubt they’ve done anything to remediate it. If they haven’t painted over it yet, I’m positive they will. If you want to pay $1,430 a month for a 700 sq ft 1 bedroom apartment, have hundreds of roaches infesting your home, breathe in toxic mold that they absolutely refuse to remediate, and bring maintenance in to at best half fix literally everything they touch, then by all means sign a lease with Westwinds Apartments. Every single positive review on here is a lie. This place is a nightmare."

"Everyone working at Westwind is super nice, the maintenance staff are easygoing & the leasing office is always welcoming. That said, they can take awhile to follow up on things and we're currently dealing with a maintenance issue that has been ongoing - maybe because high volume of people living here, but that's certainly not an excuse. Overall it's a good place place to live!"

"DONT MOVE HERE! Roach infestation in pretty much all units and they don’t care about it. Serious mold problems and they don’t fix it just paint over it. You can keep telling them and they don’t care. Mold in vents and walls. Changing of management and things just get worse. Laundry is always flooded and nasty. Trash ALWAYS outside. Pest control had only put some gel 1 time out of the whole year living there."

"Don't ever move here,nothing ever gets done here. My air conditioner is old and bad,it got blown and yet nothing was done about it. Before I moved in i was shown a different apartment from what I was given and they promised to fix it up but they never did. When it's time to pay rent they will never be in the office so you will pay late and they will charge you for late payment. The old and new managers are nothing to write home about. They have only one maintenance guy,I feel bad for him. Old building with lots of insects. Don't come here,you will regret it like I'm doing."
