"I have been staying here for a few months now and can say I’ve witnessed the recent turnover of management. Since the hand over I’ve noticed more roach activity and a lack of preventative measures. There’s always dog poop around the building. There hasn’t been proper maintenance during the inclement weather. It’s very frustrating because I, as well as a few others I know of, have brought these concerns to staff but it seems management is not taking action. The front desk night staff has been helpful but all they can do is relay the information about these issues and from there nothing gets done by those in charge."
"Would like to start off by saying that the staff is amazing the General Manager Manuel Mendoza is great easy to talk to & super accommodating!! The front desk receptionist Jada Rodgers is amazing she goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of she makes you feel comfortable & welcome great customer service!! Rooms are spacious and clean would recommend 10/10!!"
"I want to start off with a couple of compliments. The two-night shift front desk employees were very nice, polite, friendly, and professional. I appreciate their kindness, how they kept a smile on their faces, and they stayed professional no matter what. My partner and I stayed in room 403 during the Veterans Day weekend in 2023. I like the fact that we were on the top floor. Prior to choosing this hotel, we reviewed pictures. It looked spacey in the photos. The photos were deceiving but we handled that. The room had a musty odor. My partner requested a new room and he was told that there were no rooms available. So, he bought and lit a smell-good candle and I burned incense to mask the smell. The entire weekend, there were black and blue boxers that were on the floor behind the bathroom door. I assumed that it was my partner's and was confused about why it was there. Before checking out, the boxers were still on the floor behind the bathroom and my partner finally asked me why were they there. I told him that I thought it was his. It was not his. Disgusting! There was a big white microwave in the room. My partner tried cooking his food and it did not warm up. We tried warming my leftovers and it came out cold, the same temperature when it came out of the refrigerator. We had tried to change the settings and it still did not heat our foods. We stayed for three nights. When we first requested additional washcloths and towels, we had to exchange them for the dirty ones. This was different to us but we complied. Each day we had to go to the lobby's front desk to give dirty towels and washcloths in exchange for new ones because we had never seen housekeeping on the fourth floor. To our surprise, there was only one housekeeper in the whole building and she did not come into your room to provide daily necessities or at least on the fourth floor so we can ask for an exchange of towels and washcloths. The internet must be paid for. It was not a problem for us but it did not provide the speed for the cost and it was not on their website to pay for internet. My partner and I had back pains and were unable to get plenty of rest because the mattress was not a typical thick mattress size and we felt the details of the metal platform/frame the mattress rested on. My partner and I smelled cigarettes from next door. I saw a sesame seed shell on the floor beside the front of the corner chair that was near the nightstand. It was not well vacuumed in room 403. The front lobby was modern and had appealing furniture. The outside of the building was clean and looked good. The refrigerator in the room was cold and clean. The television was a decent size and we were able to see a clear picture. Yet, this was our first time visiting and it was extremely disappointing."
"I have stayed in several motels in my life time and have to say the rooms and staff here are some of the best I've experienced. Rooms are nice size, comfortable beds, never had any problems with hot water or ac comfort like others have said. Staff is amazing and kind, quick to help you out with any issues and Sharon in particular, is professional, yet puts that personal touch into everything. Pretty much 10/10 would recommend."
"The rooms are okay, however the manager Alisha is a sweetheart. She has one of the best customer service skills I’ve ever experienced. She always has a smile on her face, super super friendly, very helpful. She makes this place so much better"
