"Lived there and plan to go back"
"I have called for the last several weeks, left messages and sent emails. No one ever answers or replies. I don’t know how they intend to have people rent from them when no one answers."
"The building is old & renovations must be completed. The windows, floors, doors patios are all dangerous. Tenants are promised that the Borger Management company will make the renovations....but, almost 2 years later NOTHING is done except for a HUGH rent increase. There are NO amenities such as a pool. The apartments don't have washers, & dryers, NO central air conditioning, outdated kitchen appliances with NO icemakers! The master bathroom is so small you can barely turn around. The galley kitchen is fine for one person. The only positive thing is the location. I will be leaving ASAP. , ,"
