Orchard Park at Ballenger run Apartments

"The apartments are great. The only problem I've had over the past 4 years of living here is the handicap doors don't always work properly and I had a couple of packages go missing last Christmas season. Other than this the property is great."

"I enjoyed living here! It was very convenient to everything! Also, the maintenance workers came the same day to fix issues. The only thing is every time I went to the office they always seemed to be closed. My building was fairly quiet and I never had any issues! I’d recommend!"

"Thesr people tried to evict me because I did not want there janitor stealing from me and going in my house when he felt like it. The people in the office were defending him even though I saw this man coming out of my apartment. They are terrible people and should be fired. Now they are implying that I will not get my security apartment back. That's why I took photos of when I moved out. If I do not get my security deposit. I will sue them for more than my security deposit."

"THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE! Do not come here if you want to be able to live in peace in an apartment complex that has management that cares about a single thing. The elevator is constantly breaking and for days at a time. Forcing people to take the stairs when there are elderly people and not having anyone to come to fix it immediately or at least the very next day is insane. Most recently the door to get into the room for our packages has been broken, they said it would be fixed two days ago but guess what its still not fixed. All the packages are in that room and no one can get in to get them. They do not care about creating a convenient environment at all. Another thing that is absolutely insane is that I have had to contact management multiple times about how bad our upstairs neighbors are. Constantly stomping on the floor and making it sound like they are moving furniture practically 24/7. We have sent literal video proof of the noise yet they do nothing about it. We are supposed to have quiet hours from 9pm till the morning but real shocker, they don’t care about that and residents don’t respect it either. You constantly get woken up by neighbors and loud music outside in this neighborhood. This is just the worst possible place to live and I just cannot wait until I can leave. DO NOT make the same mistake as us and move in here, it is just awful. Management needs to fix themselves ASAP."

"I just moved here and I've fallen in love with the apartment. Its got all I was looking for and more. The office staff are wonderful and very helpful. I've been here a couple years now. The office staff have changed multiple times and they aren't the greatest. It was so nice when I first moved here but sadly it's gone downhill. One thing that gets referred to all the time is noise...yes some people are extra loud but it's apartment life and noise is going to be there."
