"Not taking patients with low-grade fever or chills for over 3 weeks, even though having 2 cleared negative covid19 tests! So getting a diagnosis of Lyme disease much, much later and suffering for a month was not appreciated. Then as insult to injury, office said whenever you get the treatment and care somewhere else, please send us the records so he can follow up with me, sounds money based to me, very unprofessional."

"Hospital bed for husband was horrible. Mattress was cheap,no support .inner spring with less than inch of padding..when we called we were told someone would get back to us..never did..we are in process of returning it. Not sure I would use or recommend this company again...not complaining about the phone I take person just the quality of product and how they handle request or concerns of clients. Thank you."
