"Stayed at this complex from 2021 to 2022. Nice rooms and had no complaints about neighbors. This was my first lease experience at the age of 24. Nevertheless this company is willing to do things that won't hold up in court, borderline illegal, but aware you won't fight it due to the financial inability to do so. Will provide my anecdotal experience: Electrical payments are only available if you pay a convenience fee, each payment, which was $30 at the beginning of my lease but was increased to $60 by around the middle to end of my lease. I was only late on one monthly payment, two days after the payment date I came back from work to see I had an eviction notice on my door as if I was squatting or taking advantage even though it had only been two days. Lastly, and most egregious, on the last month of my lease, all payments per the lease-agreement fulfilled, I asked the office about a week before the last day if we could move up the exit inspection since I had to go set things up with my new place. They responded that they could but asked if that meant I wouldn't be living there for the last week of my lease and I confirmed that assumption. They then proceeded to threaten me over email that if I did that it would be seen as a void of the lease agreement and they'd take legal measures to ensure I never leased again. Even though all payments have been received. Also due to my failure to notify them that I wasn't planning on renewing my lease 3 months in advance they fined me around $2,000. I tried to fight this but after re-reading the lease I saw it was poorly worded in the fine print so I accepted the loss. Needless to say, I voiced my discontent about everything but ended up conceding to stay till the last day. I have every payment, email, and communication saved, to this day, from my time here and can provide proof to all my assertions. I haven't reviewed till now due to finding out a lot of these actions were illegal in their execution. I never plan on leasing again as this put a bad taste in my mouth but I wanted to share my experience for all that are interested, especially young individuals like myself. "Have been a resident here for almost five years and much like a previous poster in that time I've had my share of maintenance issues that have needed to be addressed. The latest issue was, well I'm trying to come up with the words here..... the residents that previously occupied the unit right above mine were unhappy about something so they decided to pour cat litter in the kitchen sink drain. It caused quite a bit of work for the maintenance personnel. What impressed me most was the fact it was after normal business hours on a Friday and EVERYONE of the maintenance personnel was here working the issue. One for all, all for one. Ask yourself when is the last time you've even heard about a reaction like that! All boils down to they are a professionals and they go above and beyond of what seems to be societal norms now days. THANKS TO ALL OF THE STAFF!"
"Let’s begin with the fact that the entire property management team is nothing short of phenomenal. I have lived here 3 going on 4 years. From the beginning, the team’s welcome package includes everything you need to set you new life up like local schools for all ages, cable options, and a grace period to let them know about any issues that are apparent when you move in to ensure you have a great start. As you can imagine, I have my share of maintenance issues over the years and the response is usually within hours of the initial call. I even had a small leak that I was concerned about after hours, I’m talking about 12am, literally in the middle of the night. I called the provided after hours line and received a call back from the maintenance technician with 30 minutes. He heard my situation and was at my apartment within the hour, leak fixed, water cleaned up, and not just a patch, but permanent fixed. The office staff are patient and customer care oriented and will do whatever they can to help with any problems that arise. None of my calls or emails have ever gone unanswered or not followed up within 24 hours. This team takes a lot a pride and professionalism in their approach and continues to serve our community at the highest level. Thank you all for your support and service.
