"Our son has stayed at this apartment while attending the PIA institute. The complex is nice and allows for outdoor living space, as a bonus. We have had a pleasant experience and receiving outstanding service from the property manager, Rebecca. Thank you Rebecca, customer service goes a long way in my book! She is always available to assist us with questions. I am extra appreciative, that Rebecca is always available and responds to my questions and inquiries whenever something is needed. Great job Hunter Hill and Rebecca!"

"As an incoming student, I was very nervous about trying to find a place to stay. I did not have any luck with another facility but that’s when I found Hunter Hill Apartments. Rebecca was/is amazing! She made the whole process so smooth and easy from start to move in! I had a lease within 24 hours of our first contact. The apartment was very clean at the first walk through, and she asked me to tell her about any issues I found. The floors are original hardwood so they have some scuffs on them, but that was the only issue as to be expected! Over all, I would 100% recommend this place to anyone moving into the Hagerstown area."
