"This is terrible, I was on the waiting list for months I even forgot about it. I initially was on the waiting list in April or May 2021. I got a call last week (end of October ) saying hey we have a unit coming up in January. I said no thank you I no longer need it I am already renting. Fast forward less than a week I got "denial of application" letter. Well first of all I never actually applied and second of all get your facts straight you never called me for 6 months so what the heck. If this has any affect on my credit history you better believe you'll have a lawsuit on your end for faking applications and denying them."
"Current resident. We love it here. We feel safe everything is kept up. Maintance is great the staff is great. 1 downfall you can kinda hear your neighbors if they are yelling and heavy footed. This is the only place i have lived and ive had many apartments where there were NO bugs!!"
