"This is in response to B. Johnson: I have been with New Directions for years and they have ALWAYS worked with me. The things you have mentioned just don't happen for no reason. I also live a distance from the program, and they continue to work with me. I knew years ago that there were responsibilities to be able to stay in the program. Random urines were one of those responsibilities including being called at any time for medication counts. Recovery is about change. If you are not willing to make changes to your mind, body and soul this program will not work for you. It will keep you clean but you will be miserable. New Directions Healthcare has saved my life. I'm a better wife, mother and friend. I hope you are able to find a program that gives you what you need. I have recommended several people to New Directions, and I will continue to do so. "This facility is the best facility I’ve ever been too. I have been coming here for over a year now and they have been here for me through the hardest days of my life and have always showed me endless support and have never been unwilling to work around my schedule when scheduling me for future appointments. The requirements for this program are basic requirements that aren’t hard to follow if you are willing and actually serious about staying clean and getting your life back on track. I definitely give this place the most amount of stars possible and recommend to anyone looking for a medication assisted treatment facility that will hold you accountable but help you build a better life."

"Been clean almost 2 years and i come here and absolutely love them. Dr Kara is so nice and compassionate...unlike most drug addiction doctors in this area. She pushes you to stay in the right direction. :-) counselors in house as well. "Best outpatient treatment clinic I've ever been to. Friendly staff which includes...nurses, councilors and groups supporters. Since I've started this recovery I've never once felt judged or felt lower than a person. I continue to be impressed by how knowledgeable the staff is day by day. Been clean a year because of them if more clinics were as good we would live around a lot less heroin addicts. I have no doubt about it. I recommend this place for anyone that's looking to get clean. If I can do it..Makes me believe New Direction's could help anyone get clean."
