"Tri states staff is excellent. Dr. Thomas is another story, very unprofessional, calling me up and raising his voice , not listening to what I had to say , and hung up on me twice. He implied to me that I was just looking for a prescription, which is not the case, I was just rescheduling for an appointment, as I was out of town . His tone and bedside manner lacks professionalism and compassion . He needs to retire!"

"Only Dr. in Erie helping me walk, aiding in delay of radical surgery, as I await better procedure than total hip replacement! Always friendly, always great care and Im not expected to wait a month or more for care! Wait too long in other offices seems to be the new normal!"

"Dr Thomas/Tri-State Pain has moved. Now on Peach St. All the images are of old location. Referrals to Surgery keep getting lost. Office issue. He is a decent pain management doctor...but until issues with referrals...medication refills etc get straightened out...2 stars at best. This is a review of the Business NOT the Doctor."
