"No longer called Fort Cumberland Homes now called River Bend? Not quite sure of the name but no longer called FCH. Visited family and friends. We had just attended a funeral and did not have much time. We were really impressed with the quiet and clean and orderly appearance of the complex. The only real noise was road traffic. Couldn't stay long before we had to head back to Capon Bridge. 11/6/22 Have confirmed the name is Riverbend Court Apartments."

"This place is one of the worst housing development. The people tht run it are rude and ignorant dumb crooks tht rip u off and dont vide by maryland housing laws at all. They charge 6 bucks just change a light bulb they ovr charge for rent refuse to ajust rent thts based on your income when u loose a income they reguse to change until the nxt month so they get extra money for tht month nothing but a joke there all so rude and ignorant dont even follow there own tenants rule book not one bit or anything else theres nvr hot water does not come out at even 100degrees . I dont recommend ever living there its horrible place to live enless your extremely desperate. Its a bad place i wouldnt ever live there again. Worst place i hve evr had 2 deal with."
