"DESERVES ZERO STARS Updating this to make sure the public still knows how horrible this company is. Now if you are looking to rent from them, please do it. They will let you take advantage of their renters’ property. To an embarrassing degree. Absolutely incompetent staff with this company. My parents hired this company to manage one of their rentals. Upon the tenant leaving, I went to assist my parents with (what I thought would be) a light cleaner, because the management company was supposed to do walk through a throughout the year to make sure the house didn’t have things like animals in it and the appliances were there. THERE WAS CAT POOP SMASHED INTO THE FLOORS. There were “live laugh love decals” on the stairs and toilets. The tenant had stolen the washing machine. When my parents inquired about the cat poop, the management company told them that cats weren’t allowed in the house……so, they had to ask again, why was there cat poop in the house? The management lady thinks people carriedcat poop into the house and smashed it into the cracks .Management within this company is at an elementary level, apparently? The management company also did not collect 2 months rent payment from the tenant. Im honestly not sure what services my parents were actually paying for. They also admitted that they did not perform walk-throughs that were in the contract. I honestly do not know what these people get paid to do. It is outrageous and EMBARRASSING the way they operate. I would ask anyone considering using this company to reach out to me for pictures and even more disturbing messages from the company to my parents. Update - Was just talking to a coworker and he was talking about cats pooping on his floor. I had to bring up this company and let him know the AWFUL, EXTREMELY unprofessional people that work here, NEVER did their walk throughs, DID NOT collect rent, and walked by cat poop that was on the door of a house they were supposed to be managing. Unbelievable. TERRIBLE COMPANY."

"Truly a sheister outfit with no concern for customers nor their tenant's. Excuses and shoddy work are their trademark. In all honesty I wouldn't have them build me an outhouse in the middle of nowhere for fear of its discovery. It took months and the work us still not done. And the trash left on adjacent rooftops shows a true disregard for anyone in their money grab!"

"Pretty good so far. We had a little tiff, but we resolved it quickly(very good sign). They got me a trashcan when I asked and are providing lawn care at no additional charge which is nice."

"The women running this company are a joke. They refuse to pay their employees for work that was done, call you a liar, and think they can get one over on you. They bad mouth their employees and overall extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend working for them or living under their management considering all of the previous comments. For the record ladies, my dad has an amazing work history down here in South Carolina, but there you were judging him for a mistake he made in his personal life. Again, very unprofessional."

"Worst people I was with them for almost 4 years and due to THEM not wanting to fix the issues in the homes fixed which is many they decided to wanna “get the owner to put me out” said by Dayna May who is supposed to be a professional. Very rude, ignorant, nonchalant and doesn’t care about the property once you move in and she gets her $$ monthly not to mention the fact she was prejudice to my 71yo grandmother. Do not rent unless you can wait in repairs !!! Clogged sinks, showers, mold issues in every room with water, no heat in 1 bedroom, sink is not leveled and leaks ridiculously, toilet downstairs runs constantly and Dayna is extremely rude and will “assure” everything will be handled and you will be like SpongeBob “2 years later” I was with her for almost 4 years very rude and ignorant never again. The roof was half finished bathrooms almost fell thru and caused a huge hole in my kitchen then the roof leaking caused another hole in dining room. Do not rent you will regret. If I could put a 0 star I would!!!!"
