"This daycare is really nice all the teacher are nice and do what they are expected to do. They are very welcoming and outgoing to the children. My son goes there and he loves it so much every time he would see his teacher he would get the biggest smile. When I would ask him if he is ready to go to daycare he will smile with the biggest smile he can. I just love this daycare so much."

"I wouldn't waste your time signing your child up to attend this daycare. All of the staff is severely undertrained and underpaid. There will be class closures at a very short terms notice with very little refund or what the call "credits" giving back to your family. My child wasn't in the infant room, but what I noticed is that they leave the infants to cry a lot and it's sad. They will also scam you if your young and they think you don’t know any better. They charged me infants prices although my daughter was a toddler and wouldn't change the rate for months. Claimed it was a system error as if I was stupid. But I needed help with care and didn't want to risk any problems. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SENDING YOUR CHILD HERE!!!"

"I wouldn't recommend it. Everyone experience is different. I was referred to this location and I was not happy the way things are at this location. They are not constant with teachers and always have to close. They charge 350 per child per week and always call for pick because they can't handle toddlers. I understand kids can be to much but they don't have plans or strategies in places to try to not call for pick ups. This center is run by young people and I do feel like their patience run thin when it comes to those kids. If you feel like if you had a good experience then that good for you but I wouldn't recommend this as my first choice. They have a lot of work to do to get their center better."

"My baby started at Kinder Care when he was 3 months old.. and he’s now 15 months.. I was so nervous to put him in daycare because I never had too with my two other children.. But from the start they loved and cared for him just like I would.. They listened to my requests and needs pertaining to my child and always keeps and open door policy.. My baby loves going to daycare every day he learns, and does various activities throughout the week.. eats a well balanced breakfast lunch and snacks. He’s always happy when we pick him up or drop him off.. East Pittsburgh Kinder care is a really good environment and I can’t thank the staff and directors enough for all they do!"
