"Terrible customer service! I ordered Dulcolax Tablets, 8ct online for my colonoscopy and picked up the order. When I got home, I noticed the box says 6ct. Since the procedure requires 8 pills, I had to drive back to the store. And the lady simply told me the package changed from 8ct to 6ct so they had to give me the 6ct box instead. Nobody mentioned that when I picked up my order! Of course no one offered any apology. I had to return the 6ct box and went to the isle to find a 10ct box and paid a much higher price. Nobody at the store provided any help in the entire process. And everyone was so rude. So disappointed and will never come back again."

"Insanely mismanaged pharmacy. I don’t know if it’s the fault of outdated systems, the management, or what, but everyone appears to be scrambling behind the counter constantly, insurance and prescriptions are messed up constantly, the wait times are absurd and they continually straight up lie about our prescriptions being ready, trapping people in a limbo of ‘will be filled in 20 minutes’ for 4 hours straight. I wish I could go lower in stars, because this pharmacy is the actual worst CVS I’ve been to."

"I wish another pharmacy chain would replace this one at Cabin John. Lines are ridiculously long at almost any time of the day or night. Staff at the pharmacy counter seems to be overwhelmed and there is constant rotation as I never see the same people around. Nothing has been done after many complaints. I recommend you take your business somewhere else, as I will be doing."

"Pharamacy is absurdly understaffed. The wait in line at the pharmacy is minimum 20 minutes no matter how many people in line. 24 hours but the pharmacist is frequently working alone and can’t keep up. Having access to a 24/7 pharmacy is great but CVS has to maintain staff."

"This is listed as a 24-hour pharmacy, but they apparently do not have enough staff to stay open for lunch. My infant has been screaming all night and the first chance we get to come pick up his prescription, they are apparently closed for lunch. It is completely unethical that a 24-hour pharmacy closes for lunch. There's no reason that you should not have enough staff to cover a lunch break. The Google hours are incorrect and should be adjusted. The pharmacist also had absolutely zero clue how to check if a medication has any of the common allergens. This pharmacy is not safe for those with allergies."
