Hershey Lodge

"Great place for a family getaway. But there’s a few things that could use improvements. At the inside water park they need to clean a little more often because a few of the water drains had clumps of hairballs. And they weren’t small. So we got grossed out seeing that. Other than that kids had a great time there. As for the room we stayed in. I’m not sure if they all are the same but ours was very outdated. Old wall paper was peeling off wall. No exhaust fan in bathroom. And heating system wasn’t working.correctly. It wasn’t all the time. It seemed at times it wasn’t recognizing the temp we set it at. So we just turned it off. Beds were comfortable, and clean so housekeeping staff was great!! . But housekeeping not so much at water area. Overall a great stay but money should be invested in updating rooms,"

"Stayed a few nights. Goes without saying a great spot for little ones. They keep them busy with crafts and activities. The indoor pool is amazing and clean with a nice bungalow to get food and drinks. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly, oftentimes smiling and greeting us as we walked the halls. Food was good. I'm usually very picky and can find something to gripe about, but no complaints for this stay. We got to go to the park, used the shuttle, all great. Well done."

"This is a fabulous place for a short stay. The facilities are incredible! Pool, arcades, tennis courts, multiple restaurants, shuttle buses to the park, and chocolate world. Kids were having a ball here. A little pricey, but well worth the fun. There is also a lot to see in Hershey. It's a wonderful little town."

"We stayed here one night and honestly wish we stayed more. What a perfect family friendly hotel! Lots of on-site and quality restaurants. The rooms, while a bit dated, were very clean and the beds some of the most comfortable I've slept on in a family hotel. The lobby area feels very cozy, with a fire place, lots of places for sitting, and a bar that opens up at night (great for the parents who want to get away from the little ones for a bit!). Perhaps the main attraction though is the year-around indoor water park. Its almost worth it for the water park alone! While clearly designed for kids, there are a few slides and even a hot tub area the parents will appreciate - and a snack/drink station. Added bonus, free and frequent shuttle service to Hershey Park / Chocolate world. I would absolutely stay here with my family again!"

"Our family of four had a great time visiting in November. The package offered was definitely worth the price. We ate well, slept well, and had so much fun. The best part was exploring the different amenities of the lodge. Our room was super clean and comfy too. We ate at four different restaurants, played in the arcades, went to the indoor water park, went shopping and I even squeezed in a workout in the fitness center. We loved every moment of our short stay. Oh and the whole place smelled like chocolate!"
