"I bought a 1/2 cow from a friend at work. He had Haines do the slaughtering and processing, I picked my 1/2 up at the Gibbon Glade shop. My first experience there was an absolute pleasure. The ladies up front were incredibly friendly, helpful and quite funny! They allowed our 7 y/o to help with packing our frozen packages and were very accommodating to our every need and took the time to answer every question any of us had. We bought some additional beef jerky (which our daughter devoured) and pork sausage, which was some of, if not the best, we have ever had. We will continue to patronize Haines as often as possible, its a little drive to get there but the quality of both the meats and the service are well worth the trip!!
