"I never leave reviews, but I was so turned off today by an employee at this store, I have to share! I normally go to the Frederick store and always love it, so while I was in Leesburg today, I stopped at the outlets to try theirs out. Immediately turned off by the woman working there today. There’s no polite way to put this… she was extremely loud and ghetto. She was telling two teenage customers a story about previous customers that didn’t put their clothes back on the hangar and that she yelled at them that “this wasn’t a laundry service.” Clapping her hands, and then said she didn’t need their business anyway because she had made $1,000 that day. She then came over and said to me “excuse me, mom, can you move your stroller? Other shoppers can’t shop.” There was only 1 other person in the store at that point. I put my jeans back and walked out. Her energy and vibes and loud demeanor literally pushed me out of that store. I couldn’t get out fast enough. (And sad I didn’t get to shop around!)"
