"Mike is the dude ..the whole team is cool. knowledgeable. they built and tuned my Tommaso Monza out of the box. It wasn't there fault but, I had an issue with tire size.. very open communication to help me sort it out. most bike shops are backed up right now - if you find one that isn't, I'd be concerned about the trade-off in service. I didn't have a "go-to bike shop" but I do now"
