"This was my first time trying Chen’s. I got a Lo Mein dish, as it is my go-to Asian dish. This was, hands down, the worst Lo Mein I’ve ever had. They basically gave me plain noodles with some flavorless breaded beef thrown in. It had zero sauce and zero flavor. Can’t speak for their other dishes, but do not recommend Lo Mein."
"Great place! Super friendly, thoughtful and accomodating guy. Good, fresh food. To go bag always has cutlery, napkins, fortune cookies, sauces, and a lil bonus (last time it was an apple)! Cute little table to wait, food made quickly. Great fried rice, shrimp, spring rolls. Lo mein kinda bland."
"I would strongly recommend Chen's Gourmet. I ordered something from their menu that I wanted to exchange as it tasted like peanuts. Not only did they allow me to keep the original, but they made a replacement. This is the customer service I rarely experience nowadays and sincerely appreciate.
