"It was not bad for a three star hotel and the cookies were tasty! The young guy with a curly hair helped us a lot as we wanted to be on the third floor."

"The room was not clean, many stains on carpets, everything in the room had not been wiped down. The floor/bed sheets and bed all had burn holes and stains in them. On a scale 1-10 the cleanliness of our room and bathroom was a 1. The room had 2 single bulb lamps for lighting, so it’s hard to see your white sheets full of stains. Breakfast is a joke, food is bad and if you go after 9:00-9:30 won’t be much left. If you’re looking for a $50 a night hotel then I guess it will be fine. But if you pay anymore it’s not worth it. Good thing is it’s only 2 miles to the metro and there are a few restaurants in the area. I will say the the customer service was always good and I’d like to say that Glenn was the best out of all. He was very friendly and helpful."

"I checked in and as soon as I walked into my room my stomach turned from the smell. After investigating the beds one had been flipped which revealed a "yellow stain" bigger than the one on the flipped side. The other bed also had yellow stains and hair all through it. After speaking to the front desk we were given another room we checked the beds again which to no surprise had the same problems PLUS "red stains" we asked for a refund after being disgusted with our rooms to which we were asked to prove. We showed pictures and started the refund process. It's been 4 days and they're still holding the $100 deposit plus the amount for my stay. I definitely don't reccomend it."

"This is one of those you get what you pay for hotels. Flies and fruit flies n the room upon arrival. Towels are small and kind of rough. Have to request to get housekeeping. Visible mold in the bathroom. The staff is very friendly so it has that going got them."

"The hotel serves its purpose. The only staff member with manners is Angie who helped me my first day. My room was broken in while I was away, nothing was taken but the window would not lock and I was expected to stay in the room overnight as a young vulnerable black girl. I demanded a room change and got one but the new room has no lock, no body towels, and the bathroom is disgusting. I’ve asking for towels multiple times today and still haven’t received anything. I just want to be accommodated properly. I also asked for a night to be removed Thursday afternoon, and have yet to receive a refund. Thank you again to Angie for assisting me my first night."
