"Okay here’s the review you’ve all been waiting for from the good to the bad. I’ve been here for about 4 months now so I’ve gotten a chance to truly experience life here at Addison row #1. The building is very beautiful and spacious it gives off luxury apartment vibes despite the neighborhood it is located in. #2. There’s countless amount of cabinet space and honestly everything is layed out to perfection #3 I see a lot of people complain about the price of the rent but tbh it’s not that bad for how close the location is to dc and to other neighboring cities it makes sense. I’ve gone apartment's shopping and out of all the apartments I’ve looked at this had one of the best interior with the kindest staff and well managed common areas I always see the cleaning ladies Monday-Friday working hard so you can tell they put effort in making sure the areas are cleaned #4 there are lots of beautiful pets here but with that being said some dog owners are just not responsible and don’t clean up after their pets despite that though I think the apartment does a good job making sure at some point it’s cleaned and taken care of in a timely manner #5 in regards to the previous car issues this place has had there’s always security posted every night so I haven’t seen any issue as of late not heard of anything and the TOW TRUCK DOES NOT PLAY if you don’t pay that guest fee good luck #6 the amenities are pretty trash to be honest such a beautiful apartment you would think we would get something but then I also understand the risk adding a pool or something does but they did say they are adding a splash park which seems like it’ll be nice for summers #7 I truly wish they added a car wash section I’ve seen apartments with hose on the outside to allow residents to wash cars and such in a private corner I wish this place had that with all the lovely cars here I’m sure residents would love if that portion was added #8 lastly quality of life here is nice parking is a pain especially if you come from work late parking on the B side can be quite the hassle sounds crazy but I think if they did assign parking that would help that a lot but idk though for the most part the halls are quiet and no loud neighbors here and there you do hear some barking dogs but nothing crazy besides that."

"I wanted to update my review and focus on the apartment itself . I have been living here for 9 months now and I love it for the most part ! Not bad at all given the area. But for the price I may move when my lease is up just because I want more amenities and an area with better shopping centers nearby. I do hate that the water bill is included every month which makes rent even more expensive but I like luxury so. It is very quiet for the most part and my family and I fortunately haven’t experienced any car vandalism. I do not like that you do have to pay $50 for parking a month and it isn’t guest friendly at all as they pay a small fee to park as well ; we should get a least one free visitor pass. Lately it has been a lot of technical issues as far as being able to open the gate so they may want to reconsider using KastleResident; the app doesn’t always work properly when trying to access some doors without your key fob. Oh! & don’t lose the key fob, that costs $100 to replace. Overall, the space is so beautiful & new and the common areas are maintained very well. My few maintenance requests have been completed very quickly and usually on the same day but I don’t call them much since the apartment was brand new for me. The staff is great and very helpful so far for me !"

"Don't move here. The leasing office is dishonest. I signed up for an 18 month lease, but was told that it was a 12 month lease. I had to show them e-mails from the previous leasing agent (they change often), and even then I had to fight and wait for "approval" from corporate. At times, the hallways and elevators have dog feces and urine because many of the residents are inconsiderate. Noise levels are decent, but you still have some untrained children knocking on doors and running down the hall. The "rent-a-cops" in those old vehicles they have don't really do anything. The Kastle app hasn't worked for over a year, and people block the gate trying to get in. They finally started to evict some people that don't pay rent (which are usually the ones that are inconsiderate), but the overall quality and safety for "luxury living" is poor. And now they have the nerve to build new apartments, when the ones that are up now have issues? If you want to be "ghetto fabulous," this is the place for you!"

"I haven’t been approved yet-fingers crossed but i must say the leasing guy today was amazing, he need a raise. His personality and professionalism sold me. This place is nice and hope i get approved. Even if not, i had to write a review because the tour was amazing! Whelp! Got denied and now have to wait a while for my deposit back. They make it hard for people to get a place these days. Had fraud on my account/credit but oh well! Wish i didn’t have to pay deposit before knowing if I’m approved but Good luck all"
