"Current resident would not recommend it. Neighbors smoke all day everyday and it travels through the ventilation BAD. Small neighborhood just expect small parties outside the building from time to time especially on weekends. Which can be disruptive if you work. Nicely remodeled may have roaches. Pray you get nice neighbors. It’s a start."
