"So I’ve lived here for 7 years now and this makes the 5 th time vandalism has been done to my property first two of my cars were broken into I reported it nothing was done then 2 of my cars got all 4 tires stolen reported to the rental office AGAIN nothing was done all done while parked on property where I live !!!!!today at 6 am I woke up to my balcony door glass busted out had to wait until 930 am to talk to somebody in rental office they came laterrrrr that day to board which is only borderd on one side of my door up this is really getting out of hand I’m really fed up I have three kids and no longer feel safe at this place something needs to be done they need cameras on property every time something has been done there is No Cameras!!!!!!!!!!! Just Sad need security!!! Something"

"My brother has been living at the Woods at Addison going on 22 years. Up until recently the service he had received was wonderful. I’m not sure what’s going on but the response time regarding a issue that my brother had in his unit was not at its best. My brother is currently experiencing issues with mice in his unit. After several work orders and requests for search and seals, work orders were closed before work was completed. It had to take for me to move his dishwasher and discovered the reason behind his issues with rodents. I found a large hole behind his dishwasher, with several mice droppings on the floor. Mice dropping are currently inside of my brother oven and under the burner eyes on his stove. I’m guessing that the mice have gotten into his stove and may have damaged the wiring because his oven is not working. My brother was told that the droppings along with the hole would be cleaned and patched. I’m all fairness, the hole was sealed, however the mice dropping were not until I cleaned and sanitized the area. It’s been more then a week and his oven still isn’t working. I was thinking about moving into this property, however clearly my mind and prospective of this property has changed. My brother WILL be moving out of this at the ending of his lease this year."
