"Worst pharmacy department ever! A prescription from out of state had been called in since we had been traveling. It was for a controlled substance. The pharmacist decided, without any evidence, that since the prescription was from another state, that we were "drug seeking". They refused to follow up on any verification and merely decided they would not fill the prescription. My wife was on the verge of going into withdrawal! We even wondered if it was because we were a minority there (white) . They closed by saying, just go somewhere else."

"DONT USE THIS LOCATION!!!! I jus had surgery & went to pick up my script. They told me my Dr never sent script. I was in excruciating pain all night, only to call Dr in a.m. to be told they should have filled my script that night b/c it was there. That morning my daughter goes to get it & they only had one script ready. There should have been a total of four scripts for me. I will report the pharmist to the NJ Board & write Walgreen's Corp about my experience. Needless to say, I'm going to CVS and never using this place again."

"The pharmacist is very pleasant and professional, however, the other staff members such as JOSIE is a poor representation of the company. She is unprofessional, her customer service skills are poor, her tone and demeanor is RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. They close the drive thru whenever they feel like it, not according to the business hours that are displayed. If the pharmacist is not present, they shut the blinds with no sign posted in the window (inconvenient). You just pull up and no one assists you. The wait time is also always long here due to short staff, which is understandable only if it is explained to you respectfully. I’ve been using this pharmacy for years, but I’ll be switching now, it’s inconvenient and they need better staff members who knows how to deal with the public."
