Comfort Inn & Suites Mt. Holly - Westampton

"What a nightmare! The one time I didn't read google reviews before booking—I relied on the Choice branding—and I regret it. The place is a total sty and shouldn't have Choice branding. The lobby was freezing and shabby, the entire place smelled like weed and the rooms are so dirty. The bathtub was beyond... black mold and gunk that they tried to cover up with rubber mats, with standing water. The room obviously not had been cleaned since there were bobby pins left by some other guest. Walls were paper thin and there was a connecting door with a huge gap and it sounded like the next door neighbors were in the same room. I left. After reading the other reviews, I didn't even bother trying to get a refund, but did call Choice. I'm disappointed they didn't offer a refund, either."

"DONT BOOK HERE. Through a third party through the hotel DONT do it! This is not a hotel this is a halfway house. I blame myself for not listening to the other reviews. Nothing looks like the images on any sites lol. We left before even unpacking! We were placed in a room that hadn’t been cleaned for 2days told to us by the manager (Coca Cola can and mustard bottle), then placed in a “better” room where there were brown stains on the ceiling cracks and peeling paint off the bathroom walls, stained bed sheets, then they offered us another room that was smaller, had peeling paint on the ceiling, a ring around the tub, a dirty rubber mat in the shower lol it was bad man. On top of that even with Expedia confirming the refund I had to go on a three way conversation with the manager and Expedia for over an hour just to get a partial refund documented. There was so much uphill climb to get even that smh. At most the manager seemed helpful through the process but with no one able to issue a refund on a room I didn’t even sleep was so frustrating.Then to add on that it’s mad sketchy people chilling out in the front and in the lobby. Everybody coming in looks like they do drugs or in recovery. Look if you need a spot where you don’t need to take a shower and you don’t care about wasting bread and just need a spot to sleep stay here. If not go home lol it ain’t worth it."

"We had a great experience for my first time I'm the area, Burlington is beautiful. The hotel staff was consultant's cleaning, went out of their way to help us book another day, and helped with everything we needed it. They seem to be working hard to make this a great experience for their guests!"

"Margaret was great! Rooms damp, our clothing felt wet when we dressed. Sheets thin and bunched up, gross. Toilet seat broken. Black mold under tub mat. Breakfast poor. Really the worst ever presented in a Comfort Inn. $50.00 charge for pet in that hotel! Grounds, trash can overspilling with trash outside side door."

"Don't. Just pay a little extra for a nice hotel. I have never seen a Choice Hotels brand Hotel that is this bad. I stayed one night (was supposed to stay until Sunday), and checked out. The room was moist and musty, the floors were wet/sticky from the room being humid, bugs crawling on the floors and walls, and hotel looks nothing like the pictures on the site. Very, very disappointing."
