"I am a very patient person and I expect long lines at Christmas, but I waited in a very long line at Customer Service to pick up my online order and I asked if I could pay for one item and she said no you have to go up front to pay so I had to wait in another very long line to pay for one thing!!!! Told the manager, I believe Robin, on my way out and she justified it! I shop here all the time and as a matter a fact got a compliment from one of the cashiers on my outfit because it was all from Kohls, head to toe. You don’t treat repeat customers like this!"

"Poor 1 star because Kohl's forces customers to have their cell phones, their internet and/or their app to have access to their discounts, and if not, associates are not willing to help to complete your purchase. For example helping customers by using their own devices or their coupons that are displayed at the cash register. I wished I was helped better and I wished I didn't have to hear other customers commenting my assertion: "you should have more mercy for older customers". In general I would have had people willing to help me in a more friendly way, but tonight it wasn't the case and my experience was very bitter. Kohl's customers generally speaking are not that young, and the merchandise sold is not that appealing to younger ones. If Kohl's policy insists on this usage of technology targeting older people, I am sure Kohl's is destined to lose more and more customers. Certainly there are Kohl's customers who are connoisseurs with technology and/or use tik tok, but generally speaking more of the people at a certain age hate technology and wished they could avoid it, be valued, not making them feel they are a burden because they slow down the line. Sorry, I try to avoid Kohl's as much as possible because of this hysteria. And the more this happens, the less I am willing to return."

"Went there for the Amazon Prime returns. So I didn't really go in there with the intentions of buying anything. The store seemed pretty nice and well maintained. There is a line going to the checkout so you have approximately three to four cashiers servicing the line so it seems like it's going to be a relatively quick exit."
