"Once again, another wonderful stay at the Historic Inns of Annapolis! Tyler, Anja and Mayra were amazing hosts and went out of their way to be sure of our comfort, enjoyment and pleasure at their facility."

"We booked 2 rooms. One single and one for a family of 4. The family room had 1 small bed and the children had to sleep on the floor. My single was so small that my coffee maker sat on the toilet. There was a paint tray on the floor that my great-granddaughter almost stepped in it. Great location, very walkble but they need to pay attention when booking the rooms."

"Positive: The Inn is located in the center of Annapolis which is ideal, it is very easy to navigate around the area, we enjoyed a day trip to DC also. I appreciated that I didn't feel pressured to use the valet service however it was a pain having to consider parking. We were able to park for free at Calvert St garage during weekend days/nights which was great. (We used South St lot for the rest of our stay at $15/24h) — Negative: Unfortunately, we paid over $300/night for a queen bedroom including additional fees, this was way overpriced in our opinion. The room was small, noisy and lacked attention to detail. It felt unnecessary to have so much large furniture in such a small space - making it difficult for two people to move around. The room had a coffee machine, coffee, teabags but no sugar, no cream, no bottled water etc. We bought milk on the first day but after using the teabags, no more cups/teabags were left out in the following days which was frustrating. — As others have stated the main lobby is in a separate building so you feel a bit abandoned/left to your own devices here. Overall, the inn felt unwelcoming and lacked atmosphere. A lot of what you see online is of the main building/lobby which is misleading. — To round it off a large cockroach ran across the room on our last night, this made me really uneasy and had me waking up several times throughout the night. Disappointing."

"Not the biggest room, but a very charming hotel, right where you want to be in Annapolis! Steps away from shops and restaurants, with a lovely veranda to enjoy watching your surroundings. We found our room to be charming, and appointed with period furnishings. Unusual for most hotel rooms, we had three windows with nice views! Our room was a bit small for today's standards, but we were more interested in charm and atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay!"
