Hampton Inn & Suites Annapolis

"Not the nicest Hampton in could use new carpets for some reason a lot of hotel owners and managers don't realize that they make LED bulbs in a warmer color like 3000 kelvins .... Or 2700 kelvins ..... So when you turn on the lights it's really scary looking . The carpeting should just really be changed . Other than that great location good place to stay,. On the first night my bathroom began to smell like raw sewage for a while I had to close the bathroom door but then it cleared"

"Just writing to comment on the breakfast... there's no other hotel at this price point with a free breakfast this good. They had multiple waffle irons, multiple juices, muffins, different beads, biscuits, bagels, multiple working toasters, hot food like omelets, sausages, prepped oatmeal, and potatoes. Fruit salad, whole fruit, cereals and milk, and ever condiment you could want, all constantly updated, freshened and restocked. For four hours. I went twice actually, I couldn't sleep, so I was basically the first guy there. I was able to get in a nap, then came back maybe ten minutes before they closed. There was still an attendant keeping everything tidy and restocked. Sure, the hotel is nice, the rooms are clean, no complaints. It's a fine place to stay, but I just wanted to say it's especially nice they put some actual thought and care into their breakfast bar."

"We stayed for two nights. Upon check in we noticed one ant in the bathroom. Not a big deal until we woke up our 2nd morning to find ants everywhere. They were in the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and all over our luggage and clothes. We notified the front desk and the offered 10,000 points for their rewards/membership. We aren’t members of their rewards program and don’t intend to join. The front desk clerk said “sorry, I can only offer points for the membership”. Unbelievable that we paid $400 a night and that is the only compensation they are able to do. They have a sign at the front desk that’s states 100% satisfaction guaranteed or we will make it right. Clearly, that is false. We won’t stay at another Hilton property."

"In a suite so there is plenty of room. The desk chairs could do with an update, but otherwise the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was hot right away and the water pressure was good. Too many hotels don't have both."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites. Our room was clean, the pool and pool area were clean, our continental breakfast was fresh, plenty of parking, and the staff were all pleasant and welcoming. The location is great, it is near the mall and plenty of eateries. I will be back! Thank you!"
