"Used the facility for a park n fly - the staff was professional and courteous. The room was clean and well setup. The drivers I had for the ride to and from the airport were great. Also the shuttle was on time and they didn't leave me stranded. I will definitely use this property again in the future."

"The location was great but the rooms are very outdated. The bedroom door exterior panel was coming off and the room had a really funky smell. Additionally, they need to update their TV. To have cable with no access to Netflix etc. is very 20th century. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent. Overall I guess good for the money we paid but I probably won't be staying in a Homewood suites again, if and until they modernize"

"The hotel was just alright overall. The room we received had a shower designed for handicapped persons. We asked to be put in another room because the design of the bathroom/shower caused there to be flooding of water throughout the bathroom floor. we went through multiple towels our entire stay to keep the floor dry. We were told that the rooms we would be moved to had similar shower accommodations. I’m not sure what the other rooms look like or if the showers throughout the Hotel were all the same but we were told that any room we moved to would have the same accommodations as it relates to the shower. The staff was kind, but I don’t see returning to this hotel in our future."

"I tell ya. The staff here was wonderful. The desk agent Paola was on point and she really helped us out by having the shuttle driver stay over several minutes so that we didn’t have to take an Uber or Lyft. Then she had our rooms ready. The shuttle driver was nice enough to agree to wait for us. And the room was like a studio apartment. Great staff and great hotel."

"We stayed here last night. Booked a suite with two bedrooms and used the online check-in, but for the third time in two weeks the room wasn't available when we arrived so they gave us another room. Seemed odd that the room was set for 4 people but then there were only two chairs at the table. Heater was absolutely noisy, woke us up ever time it came on. Had to fix the toilet in one of the two bathrooms as there was no water in the tank when we got there. Biggest issue was that we had selected this specific hotel because it was only a few miles from the airport and had an airport shuttle. We registered to ride the 1000 a.m. shuttle to the airport but when we asked about it at breakfast the front desk told us it wasn't running that day. It wasn't a major problem for us because we were seeing off two guests - we were going to ride over to the airport with them and once they went in to security we were going to catch the shuttle back to the hotel them drive home. So instead we just drove over to the airport and paid for the short term parking. I felt sorry for any other people that were expecting the shuttle this morning. Supposedly the driver locked the keys in the van and they couldn't get it open. Breakfast was okay - I liked the scrambled eggs, they were firm and dry - but my wife had a couple boiled eggs but only ate one as they were cold and seemed like they'd been frozen from the day before. Overall I will not stay in this hotel when we go down in December to catch the flight for our cruise."
