"Beware - Ray at Travomint US is a liar and this company scams people. I went to Cancun on an expedia vacation that went terrible and needed to check out of my hotel. I called Ray and asked him to book me 4-nights at the Hyatt. He said he could only book me for two night and need to book another hotel. I asked him to ensure that it is a 5-star and comparable to the Hyatt. He reassured me that it would be. He did both bookings and charged me about $3,600 ((about $900 per night)). After checking into the first hotel, Ray contact me and said he could not book the first hotel and needed to find me another. I reminded him that I paid for a 5-star hotel and he reassured me it would be a 5-star. He contacted me and mentioned that he made a reservations at the Solaris Cancun. After checking in I immediately realized this was barely a 4-star hotel. I contacted Ray and told him that I was very dissatisfied and he told me he could not give me any money back instead he wanted to give me 20% off on my next trip. I spent about $1,800 on a hotel that cost about $500 and 20% off would not repay this cost. Then he told me he would give me 40% off my next trip and I trusted him, but told him if he deceives me I will give him and his company a terrible review. Well, he ended up deceiving me again and could not give my 40% off on my next vacation. Ray is a liar and a scammer and can not be trusted. He will take advantage of you and your family and provide a terrible vacation for you. Please reach out to me if you want more details about my experience."

"We contacted Travomint and spoke to Mr. Vincent and were very happy with his prompt responses and replies. In a matter of minutes we were able to book two international flight tickets and at a very cheap rate as compared to the sites. I would recommend calling their office directly and booking tickets for discounted fare. Vincent was very helpful indeed."

"Booking ticket was quite simple with dead cheap prices, but the confirmation message and presentation of communication on the website was very bad. There were two messages, one saying the ticket got confirmed and the other saying its not. After that I went to read some bad reviews claiming the website as scam. I was sure that I would dispute that transaction or complain against the company but thought to wait for some more time. Meanwhile I was continuously following up with customer service. They were prompt in replying but again didn't give proper status. After 5 hours I reached out to their customer service again. This time they responded with the PNR which I checked in the Airline website and got it confirmed. This was the time when I got relaxed and downloaded my e-tickets. Entire booking was not that satisfactory as we usually get tickets immediately. But finally I got my tickets booked which is a huge relief. Recommendation: Avoid booking through the websites which seems dodgy. Because 5 to 6 hours of my time went being restless in mind."
