"I’ve be going to this rite aid for years & it has gone down hill. They need new management or to shut down period. They refrigerators has been down for about 8 months now, how can you not get that fixed in all this time??? Pharmacy sucks & rude. They just really don’t care about the community there for they need not be here anymore more. The owner really doesn’t care!!!! Sad"
"pharmacy sucks. first time i went there to pick up medicine, they didn’t have it in stock so i had to go to this other riteaid. fast forward, i go to get prescribed medication and they act like they can’t give it to me. so i went to the other riteaid and got it. so lol."
"have never had an issue - but last week I went to pick up a prescription that I had received notification (text and voicemail) that was ready for pick up. I received the notification on Wednesday - came on Friday, whoever was working at the pharmacy window told me there was not a prescription for me. I showed her the notifications I received confirming they were ready and she turned me away with quote "nothing I can do". She did not seem to care at all or look into why I would be receiving notifications without checking for the prescription. I came back on Saturday after receiving ANOTHER "ready for pick up" notice hoping there may be a different person working who was willing to check - she again turned me away saying that there was no prescription for me. Note: Im not sure how I would be receiving these notifications without record of there being a prescription at the pharmacy? Confused, I had her go out to my doctor (this was the weekend so I did not hear a response until Monday) - Doctor confirmed that the prescription was indeed sent. We moved the prescription to a different Rite Aid Pharmacy and I was able to pick up immediately. Long story short, I had to go a week without medication because of this attendants negligence. I normally wouldn't write a review like this but with daily controlled medications, I feel it is extremely dangerous to refuse service so negligently and this could cause serious health risk and this should be flagged publicly."
"Pharmacy staff is friendly and helpful. It is convenient if other places are closed if you need to pick up some groceries like milk, bread, canned items, etc. you know what to expect"
"Just walked out from yet another location. We couldn't ring out because the security guard yelling 'cashier' through the store didn't get the cashier to the front. It's a wonder you need the two security guards at the door when you don't even have a cashier to ring out the customers. This will be my last time actively trying to give you my business."
