"I visited VEG twice for my kitten's illness and injury. Both visits were pleasant, everyone at VEG were caring and attentive. My first visit was on a busy night after 5p and although the wait time was long, the staff checked up on us often and offered water and snacks. I was happy with the 1:1 service from the Vet who made sure all my concerns were addressed for post-care. The bill was reasonable for an ER but luckily I had pet insurance (highly recommended before visiting any ER). On my 2nd visit during the afternoon, I was brought into an exam room and was seen immediately for trauma. The staff remembered Boba and made us feel welcomed. The ER during the day was great - I was informed on next steps every few minutes from the tech/nurse/doc and was discharged within two hrs. My cat didn't show any signs of stress here even after a traumatic injury. I want to thank the VEG team for their consistent outstanding care and kindness. I wish this facility also offered primary vet care because we would love to visit again but on non-urgent situations :)"
"I’m so thankful VEG exists. From the moment I rushed into the building, Flynn and I were given such compassionate care. The model of care at VEG is really special. I was encouraged to stay with my pet as long as I needed or wanted, and felt fully involved in his treatment throughout a stressful and scary process. Dr. Chatterjee and Amanda were incredibly professional but warm at the same time. They answered my questions about anesthesia and surgery with patience and clarity. I knew Flynn was in good hands with them, and it felt like everyone at VEG loved him like he was their own cat. I don’t know how to thank them enough!"
"They could not have been nicer. They loved Lucy and they let me stay with Lucy overnight. I know not everyone would do that but for me that was a must. Price wise, I’m assuming they have the normal “ER” prices which are high but it’s an ER! Expected. The staff was so lovely. They saved my baby. Lucy loved everyone and she even felt so comfortable in her room that she liked going back in. Professional. Knowledgeable. Thanks veg!"
