Reviews
"This is the best Rite Aid in Philadelphia! They’re so consistent and I’m always able to get someone from the pharmacy on the phone."
"The pharmacists at this Rite Aid location are exceptional-- "Stacy" and "Jeff" are willing to answer questions and will try to help you obtain the medications that your doc has prescribed for you. Store Associate Miss Ruby is also terrific-- she will alert you to products you might be interested in esp. if they are less expensive than the ones you have chosen!"
"My wife called the pharmacy to ask about a single piece of medical equipment and was told she needed to talk with someone in the store but not in the Pharmacy Department (she called the number that Google Maps provided and saw no other number on Google). The pharmacist bristled at a benign question about the portable toilet saying it was not a question for the Pharmacy, which was fine, but then hung up on her instead of connecting her to other people in the store. My wife called back and asked to be forwarded to person the pharmacist had said would help. But instead, that person kept her on hold for over 15 minutes. She suspected this was punishment for asking the question of which person to speak with for medical equipment, which the pharmacist thought was argumentative, because "if there is no prescription" then she should not have bothered the pharmacy. So while she was still on hold, I (a man) called the same number and asked the same question my wife did and was immediately given the answer, while my wife was still on hold for the same question. Sexism, and passive aggressive punishment over a portable potty? We just needed to do a favor for a 101-year-old relative, who needed the portable toilet today, but instead got odd mean-girl tactics from Rite-Aid staff."
"Pharmacy and front cashiers are very helpful, and I love the professional customer service when I shop there or pick up medications. I also love the bargains and the fast service. Thank You Rite Aid for your service!"
"Pharmacy techs/associate (especially one in particular) seemed very annoyed and was extremely rude when I was told LAST MINUTE literally at checkout, that I would only be given a few days worth of my blood pressure medication when it should've been a months worth as my doctor prescribed. I understand it's a Monday and typically people don't want to work on a Monday, but just a tip... if you meet customers with hostility unprovoked then perhaps you shouldn't be working in customer service."
