"Went to get a photo printed, ordered the night before. Said ready at 8 am. Got there at 10:30, not ready. Lady said 20 minutes, so I waited outside. When I went back in, they told me they couldn't complete the order. Total waste of time."
"This is my neighborhood pharmacy but after repeated bad experiences I go out of my way to avoid it. Sunday, however I was in a hurry and just needed a congratulations card and a gift card. Easy, right? Not here. There was exactly one congratulation card (not appropriate to my occasion) in the entire store. And the gift cards were behind the counter. Many empty shelves - it looks like they are ready to close for good. Maybe they should. At the least they need new management. I was told, “we don’t have staff to stock the store”. Wow."
"I came here for an mmr vaccine 30 minutes early on June 18th at 3:30. The woman that checked me in and vaccinated me was a short, dark haired woman. It took her 15 minutes to get me checked in and I waited about 15 minutes to even get my shot. When it was finally time, she gave me the shot and it hurt and burned horribly! I actually cried out in pain. Now some vaccines I can expect this from so it’s fine. In this case though, she explained to me that she made the mixture thick and that she knew it would hurt badly. Why didn’t you warn me then?? This woman just overall seemed unsure about what she was doing and to not warn a customer about what to expect is unprofessional. At least I got it done I guess."
