"This is the second time I’ve scheduled here for a breath test, why would it let me schedule this when they don’t have the test in stock? The first time I went Friday the lady told me she would specifically make it her mission to obtain some at a different location Saturday and to reschedule my test for Monday. Here I am Monday wasting my time again and the best part is she didn’t even acknowledge me at all when she was in the room. An apology would’ve been just. This isn’t the first or second time I’ve had problems here. Save yourself the trouble and schedule somewhere else, I will be in the future."
"I was hesitant to schedule here because of the reviews but I had a pleasant experience. There was an automated check in system but it had clear and easy steps to follow. They took me back 5 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment. The person who took my blood was nice to talk to and patient as I searched for my doctors name. She was really gentle I didn’t realize she even stuck the needle in. Good location for me!"
"I was in and out for my blood work, but what’s with no receptionist? Several people were standing confused in the waiting room trying to do a whole checkin process that includes scanning a QR code and entering license and insurance on a single computer. Many were elderly and totally lost, and I - a PATIENT - had to help them because no humans were around. I’m a young person and didn’t have trouble but come on, not everything should be automated. With a human checking people in this place would be much better."
"If I could give zero stars, I would. They could not do the strep test that my PCP had ordered, because they didn't have the proper materials to do the test. The woman who "treated" me didn't even apologize. I found her extremely rude and will never go back to that particular Quest office."
"The phlebotomist was awesome. The corporate overlords at quest suck though. There was another guy and me in the waiting room both unable to check in to our appointments at the kiosk and there's no one there you can talk to for help, just a stupid computer. I finally flagged down someone working on the back and they found I didn't have an appointment after all (not sure what happened there with quests online scheduler but I did schedule one) but she got me scheduled as a walk in right there."
