"The worst nurse I have ever met she is not good at her job at all. It left my arm in pain for days"
"Told I would have a 2.5 hour wait at another ACL facility so I stopped to get fasting blood work here and was told I would have to wait more than 3 hours. Drove to UPMC and had my lab work done immediately. Inconvenience should not be ACL's business model I will avoid ACL until they can figure out to provide acceptable service."
"Rudest staff ever! Marge was so nasty to my daughter and told her to perform her own Covid test and did not give any instructions. She was rough with the blood draw and spoke to her like it was a bother to do her job. Don’t come here!"
"Do not take your children (or your pets) here. The people here obviously hate their lives and it shows in their attitudes and how they talk to anyone that walks in the door. My kid is already terrified of blood draws. Thanks for telling him he's got to be strapped down in the hospital. Now it is going to be even harder to get this done. A little kindness and understanding would have gone a really, really long way. I'm so freaking sorry I wrecked your day by asking you to do your job."
"It is shocking to me how some people talk to the staff there. One lady in the waiting room told ACL-staff-Margie she “shouldn't have to wait because she had to get to work." When Margie explained that the people who had been served before her had made an appointment the woman still expected to be taken in next before anyone else anyway and became even louder and obscene. The sting of this public-humiliation that Margie had to endure from this entitled, foul mouth, socially inappropriate, woman was hard to watch. That kind of treatment should not be part of anyone’s job description."
