"Stopped by today to get my cat shots and other testings. Everyone was extremely nice and helped my kitty to calm down. I was quite disappointed because online it’s listed under “free animal shots near me” and I winded up spending $84 for her. I was told over the phone it’s at no cost also I talked to the lady who signed me in and told her to sign me up to whatever is free. I went there by 12:25 and didn’t leave till 2:15ish. I was told a 30-45 minute wait and winded up being the last when I was told 6-7 people were ahead of me while there was 3 people behind me waiting. Not sure if they were there first and I haven’t realized but it’s ok. Just pretty upset for being charged when I was told it was all free. Rating 4 stars for the assistance I received today. Very professional and were very sorry for the misunderstanding. I do recommend coming here and also for what I’ve winded up paying I could have paid more at a real vets office."
