"While I was shopping at this location on the weekend of 10/21/23, my fiancé and I had to use the restrooms. As soon as we turned the corner to the space of where the bathrooms are located all we could smell was the stench of sewer and feces. As I entered the ladies room the smell only became worse. I noticed big black flies flying around when I first entered. I used the handicap stall. As I sat down I couldn’t help but notice how awful the smell was and how dirty I felt just being there. As I was sitting on the toilet I saw that there were two large holes in the wall ahead of me that had been packed with plastic shopping bags, I do not know if there was anything in the bags. The bathroom also had not been cleaned. There were feces all over both of the toilets and there was barely any hand soap. In the men’s bathroom, the laminate flooring underneath the urinal was non-existent and the sub floor was saturated and reeked of urine. My fiancé had to use the stall and the lock was broken and barely functional. There were big black flies in the men’s room as well. We’re not sure how a company can let their customers and staff use such horrendous facilities."

"I love Ollie but I was a little disappointed. I was looking for readers for a friend and they had next to nothing to choose from . The ones that were there had very limited strengths. And also the dog section was really sad and and almost like a waste of space for them . Like it was so small the could of used it for something else and you would never realize it was gone"
