"My fav store. Love how easy they make things for pros.. never a problem picking up, paying, or returns all kinds of complicated customer and business accounts. Their credit card sucks though, rates just went up to 30% and they give me the smallest limit, it's literally useless. Lowe's gave me like 10x the credit right out the gate"
"I ordered a new microwave from Home Depot and this is how they installed it. At first glance it looks like it was properly done until you open the cabinets and see that the bolts that are meant to support the microwave were not screwed in properly, are on an angle, and the microwave wobbles when operated. The installers didn’t bring their tools and needed to borrow mine, which they damaged by stripping the Phillips head bolts as seen in the photos. They drilled an extra hole in my cabinets and still managed to mess up. Do not use Home Depot for installation Update: After contacting the managers (several times) I was able to receive a full refund, and they apologized, which I do appreciate. This is why I am adding back two stars. Overall, this is still where I will go for my home improvement supplies as the people working there are great, honest, and helpful. I still don't recommend the installers (who come in from out of town) but at least the workers in the store, as well as the management, are great to work with"
"I stopped to buy a light bulb for my oil warmer. Finding someone to help was a joke in itself. I get home with the recommended ones (nearly 7 bucks for a two pack, 25 watt bulbs. It instantly popped when I screwed it in. I have tried twice to call, again today I waited on hold for over 15 minutes, still no answer. They will take the bulbs back or else."
"This crazy lady put screws under my tires for driving in a parking lot and parking. She stole these screws Police were called and report filed. Not happy."
"Today I visited home Depot to pay my home Depot card and do a little light shopping. I was able to find everything I was looking for. The store was well staffed and clean. I purchased a diamond file and cordless Dremel rotary tool. I got the brushless motor version. I also was able to get a glass and stone polishing kit. Very excited. I drove from Ithaca to shop at this store in particular."
