"I brought my dog in for a nail trim on 1/15 around 3:45. There is no way to schedule a nail clipping through their website, and employees have told me in the past that this service is a walk-in service. I waiting for 5 minutes at the grooming desk (after calling out, and not receiving a reply). I then went into the store and asked the cashier if anyone was working there that day. She said someone named Andrea was and she then paged her. The cashier asked me up go back and wait at the grooming desk. I then waited minutes, with no one ever coming. I again went in and checked with cashier. She sent a different page and I went back to the grooming desk. After waiting another 5 minutes with no help, I decided to leave. There was no signage anywhere indicating they had stepped away, and would be back shortly."
"They Price Match ! So if you find it cheaper somewhere take a picture of the price , they have food when other places are Out of stock on brands , great service and now new secured Clean bathrooms ! Just ask for someone to unlock it for you"
